This study was designed to observe vacuolation effect of Helicobacter pylori on gastric epithelial cells.The H.pylori isolates derived from patiens with peptic ulcer,chronic gastritis and gastric cancer were plated on common selective medium and their vacuolation effects on SGC\|7901 cells were compared.
