    摘要:Peptaibols是一类由非核糖体肽合成酶(NRPSs)合成的富含α-氨基异丁酸(Aib) 的特殊抗菌肽。目前发现的317种peptaibols大多由木霉属真菌产生。本文对木霉产生的这类特殊抗菌肽-peptaibols的多样性、发酵、分离纯化、鉴定及其生物合成进行了综述。

    Abstract:

    Astract: Peptaibols are a family of antimicrobial peptides, which are synthesized by non-ribosomal peptide synthetases (NRPS) and contain high proportions of α-aminoisobytyric acid (Aib). Up to now, 317 peptaibols have been identified, and the majority of them are produced by Trichoderma strains. In this review, we described the diversity, fermation, purification, identification and biosynthesis of peptaibols from Trichoderma.
