An update of Streptomyces eukaryotic-type Ser/Thr protein kinases--A Review

简要回顾了丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶在链霉菌中的发现过程，详细介绍了链霉菌中几个研究较为深入的丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶的功能，同时对天蓝色链霉菌Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2)和除虫霉菌Streptomyces avermitilis MA-4680中的丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶的跨膜种类和蛋白结构域特点作了初步的生物信息学分析。

Abstract:

We review briefly the strategies and processes to identify Ser/Thr protein kinases from Streptomycesspp. and discussed in detail the functions of well studied Ser/Thr protein kinases, such as AfsK. We used bioinformatic methods to predict transmembrane regions in Ser/Thr protein kinases of S. coelicolor A3(2) and S. avermitilis. The complete sets of Ser/Thr protein kinases from genomes of Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2) and Streptomyces avermitilis MA-4680 were categorized based on domain analyses.
